OTIC Project 39-20-01 Parts A, B, and C involved the comprehensive reconstruction of mainline pavement, toll plaza site construction, and wetland development. Completed in six phases over a four-year period, the project included over seven miles of full-depth pavement removal and reconstruction. The scope of work also featured site preparation for a new toll plaza, drainage upgrades, installation of a cement-treated base, and nearly three acres of wetland construction. Additionally, the project required extensive Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) to ensure safe and efficient traffic flow throughout all phases of construction.
