DEEP DYNAMIC COMPACTION

As part of Beaver Excavating’s diverse site development capabilities, Beaver has successfully incorporated Deep Dynamic Compaction (DDC) into many projects where poor load-bearing or unconsolidated site subsurface conditions exist. DDC is a ground improvement technology used to pre-consolidate structural fill and unstable soils. It can effectively minimize both overall site construction and differential settlement potential and can be a cost effective and significant time saving method as compared to other available ground improvement methods.
